The name Worksphere combines the meanings of Work, Experience, and Sphere. It embodies the direction of expanding beyond job search to include career growth, organizational development, and the recruitment experience. JobKorea has operated the recruitment platform JobKorea since 1998 and the part-time job platform Albamon since 2004, and has expanded its HR tech\u9818\u57df through acquisitions such as NineHigher in 2024 and JobPlanet in 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The core of this rebranding is the shift from a 'recruitment platform' to a 'work experience platform.' While the existing JobKorea was a service that connected job seekers with job postings, Worksphere aims for a structure that helps individuals and companies make better choices based on AI and data. CEO Yoon Hyun-joon explained that Worksphere carries the meaning of \u2018innovating the future work experience to create an ideal world.\u2018. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Visually, the sense of 'Sphere' embedded in the name is important. Rather than symbolizing a single specific service, the direction is to express the broad ecosystem surrounding work and careers.
