As a Product Designer, you'll be responsible for implementing Coupang Eats' highest-priority projects and play a key role in defining and creating customer experiences. Job Description:
Collaborate with business, development, and product teams to develop strategies, coordinate decisions, and manage design projects.
Identify and analyze current issues with your product/service and prioritize improvement directions.
Enhance your design solutions with wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality visual deliverables.
Ensure high level of design quality and suggest directions for improvement
Systematic thinking and the simultaneous use of intuition and objective evidence (data, best practice benchmarking, testing, and analysis) to develop solutions to customer problems.
Qualifications:
More than 6 years of experience creating high-level design results based on visual/interaction design capabilities.
Native-level Japanese proficiency and product design experience targeting global customers
Experience developing strategies and rationales for large-scale, complex features, projects, and programs through close collaboration with Product Owners and leadership teams.
Experience collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-changing and growing startup environment
Experience leading or redesigning a core part of a product, experience, or service design from start to finish
Experience using qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to inform decision-making throughout the product design process and product lifecycle.
User-centered design principles, planning and conducting user testing, A/B testing, prototyping, and a deep understanding of usability.
Exceptional storytelling, presentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
A portfolio that includes at least one product or design work that has been released to market, based on an understanding of the target user, user journey, and visual design skills.
