- Able Product Designers work within a [squad] and a product design [chapter].
- [Squads] are purpose-built organizations centered around business challenges. Each squad brings together all the necessary functions to solve Able's pressing problems and achieve its stated goals.
- [Chapter] is a group of people in the same profession who meet periodically to discuss and resolve common issues, share knowledge, and support each other's growth.
- We make quick decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data, and after deployment, we reflect user feedback to improve the product.
It's work we'll do together
- From data-driven problem definition to information architecture design, prototyping, and design results, we explain and document everything with clear logic.
- I am responsible for continuous verification and improvement through A/B testing.
- We create an MVP and expand and improve the product through iterations.
- I lead the overall design process and culture, while maintaining a balanced approach with other departments.
- We support the growth of junior product designers.
I want to be with someone like this
- APP UX/UI design experience At least 6 years Or we are looking for someone with similar capabilities.
- We're looking for someone who can clearly explain and document the value customers need at every stage of a product, based on data, with clear rationale and logic.
- We are looking for someone with flexible communication skills and experience working with various fields, including data/development.
- We are looking for someone who has a very high level of ownership, leadership, and responsibility for their products.
- We're looking for someone who can define and solve UX problems based on qualitative/quantitative data.
- We're looking for someone who can create intuitive and sculptural designs to enhance customer usability.
It would be better if you have this experience
- It would be better if you have experience leading a team.
- It would be better if you are someone who can actively try out various things and make suggestions to produce results.
- It would be even better if you have the ability to increase work efficiency by designing and implementing structured UI.
- It would be better if you have experience using design systems.
- Experience with usability testing and focus group interviews is a plus.
- It would be better if you have experience improving services through A/B testing.
- Experience in the commerce industry is preferred.
Introducing the joining journey
